Delivery to "Nova Poshta" Branches and Address

With the delivery service of "Nova Poshta," you can receive your goods even in the most remote corners of Ukraine at a branch or address.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.

Upon arrival of your order at the branch, you will receive an SMS message from "Nova Poshta" with the waybill number.
Your order will be stored at the branch free of charge for 3 working days. If you do not receive your order within this period, the goods will be returned to the seller.

Please Note:

OOO "KhlebAgroProm" takes responsibility for the shipment until it reaches the carrier's branch!

After that, the responsibility lies with the company providing transportation services! Therefore, we kindly ask you to check the integrity of the goods upon receipt. After receiving the goods without checking, the responsibility falls on the recipient (our dear customer). Consequently, any subsequent issues are resolved independently!
