1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed by LLC "Hlebagroprom" 42193576, address: Ukraine, 51900, Dnipropetrovsk region, Kamianske city, STASOVA STREET, building 65, hereinafter referred to as the Administration, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including, but not limited to, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI, regarding Users of the website hlebagroprom.com.ua, and establishes the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, ensuring the protection and disclosure of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Data") of Users.

The term "Data" means any information directly or indirectly related to a specific User. This may include: name, surname, email address, phone number, region of residence, IP address, device data (computer, browser type, mobile device operating system) used by the User, messages (information contained in correspondence between Users and in correspondence with the Site Administrator), and other information through which communication is carried out, which, at the User's discretion, is provided by him through the registration form and/or when filling out his own Profile on the site, when writing a message or review, or information received during oral communication between the User and the Site Administration.

The term "Data processing" means any actions with the Data, including, but not limited to: access, provision, distribution, collection, systematization, storage, accumulation, recording, transmission, blocking, deletion, clarification, updating and/or modification, depersonalization, and other methods of Data use by the Administration.

The Data Controller is LLC "Hlebagroprom".

1.2. The User, by registering in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 3.4., 3.5. of the User Agreement, by providing his personal Data and/or providing such Data in any other way, and/or by performing any actions within the hlebagroprom.com.ua website and/or using any part of the website, expresses his consent to the provisions of this Policy and provides LLC "Hlebagroprom" as well as third parties providing services to LLC "Hlebagroprom," in particular, but not limited to, processing payments, delivery, permission to process their personal data.

Users can provide Data themselves by placing such data on the site or by notifying through telephone communication channels and/or at the electronic and/or mailing address of the Company, or Data can be provided from other sources (in accordance with Clause 3 of this Policy), for example, from User reviews (rating, comments, information verification) or other information provided by third parties during the submission of claims, complaints and/or consideration of disputes, and/or information from publicly available sources on the Internet.

1.3. The User has no right to use the hlebagroprom.com.ua website if he does not agree with the terms of this Policy.

1.4. The User acknowledges that in case of his careless attitude to the security and protection of his Data and authorization data (password, login), third parties may gain unauthorized access to the account and Data of the User. The Administration is not responsible for damages caused by such Access.

2. Types of Data Collected

The Administration may collect the following Data:

name, surname, patronymic, date of birth, gender, marital status, data of the authorized person of the company, company name, company details, contact phone numbers, email address, company location address, other contact data provided by the User;

information about the User's account, including phone number, email address, login, and password, and other Data necessary for servicing Users of the site and communicating with Users, including when the User contacts the Site Administration;

information that Users provide to the Administration when entering into service contracts/additional services through acceptance of a public offer posted on the site;

information necessary for communication between site Users, including for concluding and confirming agreements between sellers and buyers, receiving and sending messages, posting reviews, comments, making payments;

data about devices used by Users, information about User websites and/or their mobile data (if the User uses mobile applications), such as: IP address, date and time of User's site usage, information about software, as well as the internet browser used by the User, information about the mobile device operating system, information about the operation of User's devices, individual device identifiers used by Users;

data obtained as a result of various surveys conducted by the Administration and/or third parties authorized by the Administration, related to improving the service provision to Users; information received by the Administration as a result of marketing activities;

information posted by Users based on their service, reviews, comments, customer care service inquiries, complaints, claims, and other inquiries.

The Administration may also process Data using the following technologies:

cookies (a small piece of data sent to the User's computer when visiting a web page and/or viewing an advertising module on a web page and stored on the User's computer and/or mobile device);

pixels (digital images, elements of display matrix that form images) that allow tracking the frequency of User usage of the web page to determine the User's browser and provide services, such as storing Data in the cart between visits, and also to eliminate errors on the website caused by the User. All information is processed "as is" and is not changed during Data collection.

3. Data Usage and Processing Purposes

The Administration uses and processes Data for the following purposes:

fulfilling the functions, powers, and duties assigned to the Administration in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as ensuring the implementation of civil, economic, and tax relations;

identifying the client as a site User, for communication with the User, including the provision of services, payment processing, sending, conducting settlement operations, providing reporting, accounting and management accounting, creating and implementing bonus programs, loyalty programs, sending mailings by mail, email, including sending commercial offers, messages about promotions, and other news from hlebagroprom.com.ua, to improve the quality of service provision, creating rankings, analyzing User activity, conducting keyword searches, traffic management on the site, analyzing and predicting User preferences and interests; conducting scientific and analytical activities, as well as ensuring compliance with the terms of the User Agreement, Rules for posting information, and Rules for product listing.

for sending mailings by mail, email, including sending commercial offers, messages about promotions, and other news from hlebagroprom.com.ua.

The Administration does not process data related to race, nationality, political views, religious and other beliefs, membership in public organizations. Information characterizing the physiological features of Users, based on which their identity can be determined, is also not processed.

The processing and storage periods for Data are determined based on the purposes of Data processing, as well as the conditions specified in the contracts concluded with Users in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

4. Conditions of Data Provision

Disclosure of Data occurs when the User orders goods/services on hlebagroprom.com.ua from a seller/supplier of such goods, services, but only to the extent necessary for the identification of the User and their order.

In some cases, for the purpose of demonstrating the effectiveness of the site's operation and enhancing the image of the platform, the Administration may disclose statistics on the work of Users' websites without disclosing personal data and information that is considered confidential.

Additionally, the hlebagroprom.com.ua site provides the ability to use API services from YouTube. Personal data of Users who use YouTube API services are processed, stored, and transmitted in accordance with the YouTube API Terms of Service available at: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, as well as in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The site may contain links to other web resources that are not subject to this Policy.

The Administration processes Data on a legal and fair basis: Data is not disclosed to third parties and is not distributed without the User's consent, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine and only in the interests of national security, economic prosperity, and human rights, in particular, but not limited to:

at the reasoned requests of state authorities with the right to demand and receive such Data;

in case, in the opinion of the Administration, the User violates the terms of this Policy and/or other contracts and agreements concluded between the Administration and the User, as well as the provisions of the User Agreement, Rules for posting information, Rules for product listing.

The Administration reserves the right, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, to exchange Data with state authorities for the purpose of preventing fraud on the site, resolving disputes and clarifying circumstances that are or may be the cause of violations of the current legislation, as well as in cases of detecting unlawful actions of site Users and/or receiving claims, complaints, and inquiries from third parties.

5. How to Change/Delete Data or Withdraw Consent

Users can change personal information through their Account (Personal Cabinet / Company Account) at any time.

Users can delete personal information, unsubscribe from mailing lists, or withdraw their consent to data processing by sending a message to info@hlebagroprom.com.ua or to the postal address: Ukraine, 51900, Dnipropetrovsk region, Kamianske, STASOVA STREET, house 65.

Users can also unsubscribe from mailing lists by sending a message to the email or postal address.

Users can delete their Account on hlebagroprom.com.ua by logging into the Account. Such deletion can be performed by going to the "Profile Settings" section, where they need to click on the "Delete Profile" button and confirm the deletion.

After receiving the message, the processing of the User's data will be terminated, and their data will be deleted, except in cases where such processing may be necessary in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

The functioning of certain features of hlebagroprom.com.ua, which require the presence of user information, may be discontinued from the moment of data change/deletion.

The Administration processes and stores data for the purposes specified in this Policy for the entire necessary period, but no more than 5 (five) years from the date of the User's last interaction with the site.

6. Data Protection

The Administration applies all necessary technical, organizational, and legal measures to protect Data from unlawful and/or unauthorized access to such Data, including changes, deletions, provision, distribution, and other unlawful actions.

The Administration constantly monitors the measures taken to ensure security.

7. Additional Terms

The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Policy at any time. In such a case, the updated version will be posted on the page at: https://hlebagroprom.com.ua/privacy_policy. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must immediately cease any interaction with the site.

The Administration is not responsible for any damage or losses suffered by the User or third parties as a result of misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the terms of this Policy.

If any provisions of this Policy, including any proposals, points, or their parts, are deemed to contradict the current legislation of Ukraine or are deemed invalid, this does not affect other provisions of this Policy; they remain fully valid and continue to be effective to the full extent and are deemed valid. Any other invalid provision or provision that cannot be executed, without further action by the Parties, is considered amended, corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.

The terminology used in this Policy has the same meaning as in the User Agreement, unless otherwise specified.
