Returns and exchanges

The manufacturer reserves the right to change the configuration, appearance, and technical specifications of the model at its discretion and without prior notice. Exchange and return of the product are allowed within 14 days.

Please Note:

LLC "KhlibAgroProm" is responsible for the shipment until it reaches the carrier's facility!

Afterward, the responsibility lies with the transportation company! Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect the goods for any damages upon receipt. Once received without inspection, the recipient (our valued customer) assumes responsibility. Consequently, any related issues will be handled independently.
